If you are far away from your machine and wish to access your Roadrunner email account on another computer. Then, check out the steps to do it properly.

• Email Client
• Webmail
If you are willing to access the Roadrunner Webmail on another computer with an email program, then check out the following points:-

• Firstly, head to separate the Roadrunner email account on another computer so that your messages don’t get unseen in the similar inbox just like the owner of the machine. Though, you may require creating a User Account in Windows 7 or a latest Outlook Express Identify (XP). By doing this, you will able to protect the password of your account and will also able to prevent the messages from the suspicious eyes.

• In the case, if you have used the Roadrunner incoming and outgoing services to set up the email on your machine, then there are chances that it won’t work on another computer. You will require configuring the account. In this regard, you can head to the experts to get the proper guidance.

• In the by default case, the messages from the Roadrunner server gets removed once downloaded by the email client. This signifies that you will not get a copy when you head back to the computer. To ensure that this is not going to happen again, just head to change the settings in the email program so that there should be a copy of the email that you will get on the server, which you can download on your machine.

• After the work is over on another computer, do remember to delete the Roadrunner email account that you configure in the email program along with the removal of all the stored messages.
